Was fooled and Lost money in ETH mining

Question

Hello, I was approached by a woman online stating that she could help mine ETH via USDT using a coinbase wallet mining. Being a techie myself without even looking up social sites or reverse image etc .., blindly accepted her request as I spoke to her in the phone. Everything went well for 3 months. I found out she is a fake but without withdrawing from the contract, I have sent details to her via telegram chat..She/group immediately put me into another contract and locked all my money... I tried a lot..Beg and pleaded but I lost all my savings....I don't know if anyone can help here but it put me in a very depressing state... Lost everything.. I don't know how to recover...Is there a way out of it?? I need my money

Thanks for reading through... Temptation to get rapid cash flow.. I really don't know what to do.. The lose is hurting me a lot bro....I'm just looking for redemption.  Could have been more careful.
