I have followed the shared link and read the Terms of Service. There are many issues there. Here are the red flags.

• Real Personal information requested.
• There is no official company or trade affiliate in the ToS you will accept. You are expected to accept an agreement between "Company" and "You"
• There is a withdrawal limit of 100$. 
• To be able to get that money, you must send an invoice to them. This means you should be a registered entity.

This is a perfect ponzi scheme. You recruit members below you and get some money back. No referrals or recruits, you are done.

Also nothing is clear what they will do in your computer with the application you will download.
