is there any way to bypass or check apple notes password

i had a encypted backup of my iphone while decrypting i found a locked notes pretty much i know what's in there but i forgot my lock so i cant access my sweet time memories now .so, is there any way to decrypt of pass thruogh or check the notes password

Nope :) Unless it's your device, in which case, you can check the Apple article which provides information about how to reset it.

You can throw it away. Encryption is made to protect for 100 years at least
