The first link is definitely a scam. He deceived me and it was very creepy

There are almost no real escrows on the darknet. If you need escrow, look for it on the clearnet.

Escrow is a great tool and there are certainly quality services available. However, this particular one is simply fake.

Escrow is a complete scam. The sites you mentioned are very suspicious, I would not trust them. this seems like a beginner's trap
