I pays about 41 hours ago  I sent 1 email about 30 hours ago yet no response or contact made from them. I used the official link. Is this normal?

How long does it tend to take for them to reach out and get additional info from u like shipping address etc

What email service did u use. I used gmail. Also how long did it tend to take them to reach out after you paid. 2 days? 3 days, 4 or more?
