I ordered from astaricon and im wondering whats the next step? [closed]

So i ordered from astaricon 2 days ago so 4/14 heres the link i ordered from

i ordered and after i got the confirmation email then the btc confirmed so now im asking whats the next step because i emailed them the next day 4/15 they haven't answered yet and iv'e read about legit sellers that usually take long but how long do they take?

I didn’t write right away because a lot of things distracted me. I was very nervous when placing my first order, there was both joy and anxiety, I simply forgot about the questions on the forum.

Everything is fine, I received my order, despite the long delay, and ordered again. I believe that the very fact of fulfillment of obligations by a seller on the darknet is much more important than the quality of service.

I have checked their website where it says the amount to be withdrawn is between 1500 - 2000 USD.

Do you know if this is guaranteed or it might happen to be less than that?

I made an order since 2 days now and recieved just the confirmation email from them and when I tried to contact them no body is getting back me!

Also, they do not allow me to enter the clients zone, do you think that the email am using (proton) is the issue?

The mail is fine, don't worry. Although it is worth checking whether you are receiving incoming emails at all.
In Astarikon, everything always takes a long time. One day I waited 20 days for my order.
