Is it safe to cashout prepaid card ? [closed]

I want to know if it is safe to cashout prepaid visa card. I know it isnt connected to any bank or real person but I dont believe that there arent any risks.

I don't believe it's possible to buy prepaid cards. I think it's all a scam. I buy cloned cards and am always satisfied.
But if you do succeed, then the process of cashing out the card is no different from cashing out a cloned card. Withdraw all the money at once and quickly, it is advisable to wear a medical mask and cap, do not show your face at all, most ATMs have a camera.

Don't know. I don't think there should be any problems with cashing out. The main thing is that you are not deceived. Prepaid cards are generally suspicious in my opinion.
