How to find out some debit card pincode or change it without knowing it before?

One of my friend's wife sole over 10 or 20 debit cards per day. And he get the money from post terminals but he only can get 5k per day and he does not know how to get the money form atm, because he does not now how to get the pin code or change it. Somebody help?
