I got fullz that have ssn, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers and some with emails. Whoever is giving me this wants me to use them to create for them federal student aid accounts. he later wants me to apply for community colleges with them, especially in California, but they don't tell me what happens afterwards. I'm not us based. does anyone know what happens with this. and how they are using them to make money?
