i know that xmatches is a legit site its also mention as legit on many sites , so i think u need to contact to xmatches if u need any help u can contact me or if u have received any email from xmatches support please share ur exp

Unfortunately I don't have any updates. I sent an email last night to communicate that I had purchased a match (specifically #4242) without receiving anything but so far I have not received any response. The only consolation is that I had purchased a low-cost match to test the service, and apparently I did well. If you tell me that the site is reliable, I hope to receive a response as soon as possible. However, I will keep you informed.

You don't know how frustrating it is to send emails and not receive any response (I also checked spam, but there's nothing). You tell me that everything works normally, but for me it doesn't. After three days of waiting, without receiving answers to my many requests, I received the purchased match. Another day and they would have given me the result of a match already played. I hope that in the future the customer support service will be faster, because now it leaves a lot to be desired.

I asked two friends to ask XMatches and Football Money about their services and both times received no response. Apparently the problem isn't just mine, so be on your guard. Any feedback, positive or negative, is appreciated.
