One has to be mindful that using commercially available operating systems such as windows or IOS nowadays puts you at risk of having your privacy breached ant any point, since these now have lawful avenues to have backdoor for physical recording and screen-capping of whatever one does on their computer or device. This is being pushed as always with the premise of national security and crime/terror prevention but in reality has only the end result of rendering P2P encryption totally redundant. The only manner to counter this is either using cracked versions of these OSs or totally ditching them for decentralised OSs like Graphene OS for example.

I am sure ultimately anything can be tracked if enough resources where put into it. The security level one requires depends on the risk of operation one maintains in the end.
