This was a very difficult week for me. As you know, after payment no one answered me and it was like this for several days. I didn't know what to think. I decided to write from another email address and they answered me. It turns out that not all letters reach the Multishop manager. Then we started to find out what happened to my order. I was told that the payment had not been received. Only after I sent all the screenshots and payment details, the manager apologized and processed my order. Terrible, just terrible customer support. It seems that now Multishop has many more orders than they can process. I received my order only yesterday. My advice to you, take screenshots of the order page before paying, since the invoice for payment changes automatically. If I had not taken a screenshot, my payment would have simply been lost
