Dw is short for darkweb, to answer your first question how people do wire transfer is they either buy bank logs on the darkweb or from telegram vendors they trust or they spam them by themselves and then they use proxies and Sock5s to log into the accounts and wire themselves. I curios, as well, I have tried to order cards and have only gotten scammed on the darkweb, I even tried to order tutorials on the dark web and still lost money. I can learn, but the price of learning is getting ridiculous at this point.
