Why Astaricon answering so long?

I did it out their business time, around 13 hours ago, after that i sent second email from me proton mail, around hour ago, and i still waiting for their response

May be i do something wrong?

I check the email address, but everything is correct.

Or they dont get emails from protonmail?

I want to get any reply from them before doing any purchase.

I know, they must be a legit vendors, looking at your reviews guys.

I have a similar problem. I just wanted to ask a few questions and maybe place an order. But no one answered me for two days. Now they answered, but I don't understand why it takes two days?
