Just look it up on YouTube or online, plenty of videos and tutorials and you can do it for free with minimum to no experience.

first you have to learn ho to make a website, so you can manage what kind of social media you want to hack,,, like instagram, just make a free follower generator, or make a fake login page off intagram etc
