So i was active in the Scene a few years ago in german underground networks. Now im looking in the darkweb marketplaces and their are good rated shops with prepaid cc`s anywhere. Are they legit? I cant believe that this is so easy to order a CC for 200€ and gett 5000€ from it at an atm in germany. Cant be so easy. Where is the point? is it all scam? Why would anyone do other things to get money if it is so easy?
Also in the past it was not possible to clone credit cards with a chip, because you cant just clone the chip. But in Europe you need the Chip at ATM and moste warehouses.
