Selling bitcoin wallets is always a scam. They want to cheat you.

Such a market is a scam by default. Buy a wallet? Give me at least one reason why I should sell a bitcoin wallet if I have all its data?
Withdraw bitcoin, exchange it several times and leave no trace, this is something that anyone, absolutely anyone, can do. And it is much easier than selling a wallet for less.

This just can't be legal. It's a scam.

This can be very risky. I don't know of a single case where someone successfully bought a Bitcoin wallet. Every time I hear about such a service, it comes up in the context of talk about fraud.
