Is this Cashout deep website too good to be true?

I recently discovered this deepweb site from a subdread, the site is cryptovaultx.com

I checked it out and their hacked crypto wallets worked so well, though you can only cashout twice a month from an account according to their opsec. But I still find it too good because one can simply make multiple accounts and cashout lots of money within a month. I actually cashed out some wallets from there to care for my immediate needs, but I'm afraid to continue because somehow I feel it might be run by the feds as a bait and I live in a country very sensitive of cyber crime. So what do you think about the site cryptovaultx.com?
