I had the same thing, they took points from me when I wrote several identical messages, and then they started taking more from me. It seems that this is done so that a person who violated the rules is subject to moderation longer. This is an assumption.

no but as my questions on certain stores are systematically blocked .... 

I put the question back on the forum as soon as the moderators block me
