Hello How do I track a locked private profile on Instagram? Just look at Photos and Strories. That's all.

I think there isn't any way besides getting that person to follow you. You can achieve that by pretending to be an account of someone she/he knows, and in case that doesn't work, you can try finding that person's other social media accounts (that aren't private) and use social engineering to earn its trust.
