Everything was positive about my experience with Robinhood Market except delivery. I was quite surprised I had to wait an entire month before the my product could be delivered. I wish the vendor would have made this clear before purchase. A month later we were so excited to receive the package, but on the day of delivery (an off day for me from work) - we were told the driver was sick, and the delivery was scheduled for 2 days later. Concern then arose 2 days later because when I went to "track my delivery" - the stuff was said to have arrived. After cancelling plans (that in the end didn't need to be cancelled) - I heard from the delivery driver that there was a mixup - the package initially couldn't be found that morning - but was located in a DIFFERENT vehicle and would finally arrive in the afternoon. While we're happy with the package- but I wish RHM had been stronger on communication (I did not expect a 1 month wait) and actually receiving the package entailed some unnecessary hassle.
