A college degree isn't worth much nowadays, especially if it's not a STEM related one. If you're good with your hands you might consider a career in the trades, something like plumbing or electrical installations, there could be a minimum requirement for certification but nothing crazy long time-frames.
You could do Online Courses and Certifications. Many online platforms offer courses and certifications in various fields, such as coding to digital marketing. These can be more affordable and flexible than traditional college.
You could join the Military, however there is always the risk of dying in some Zoged war in foreign lands. Military service can provide valuable training, discipline, and a path to a military career. Many veterans transition to successful civilian careers after their service.
Some industries also value practical experience over formal education. Starting in an entry-level position and working your way up can be a viable option.
Then obviously there is the crooked path but I wouldn't advise on that.
