Where are the real hackers? [closed]

hey,guys.I'm from China.My QQ account is banned.I have already contacted some hackers through Geogle email  to help me unblock my account（get email on the dark web）,but they all quoted $250.I don't want to be cheated.Are there any real hackers？Please everyone，help me!

Go to DarkForest, they have a hacker chatroom with the forum. Largely very friendly chaps from my experience. I have recently posted a tread about this in Markets & Services (other) if you want to find the link.

You can find lot of links related to hacker chatrooms and forums there, huge link list. 1200+ hidden services. I cannon really vouch for the users' services but I've seen plenty of good comments about the place.

Nothing is real hacker. Even if there is, there is only a 00.01% chance that it is genuine and the remaining 99.99% are scammers. This means that it is very difficult, even rare, to get the real services of a hacker. And if you meet hackers on social media such as WhatsApp and Telegram, they are most likely scammers under the guise of hacker services. Of course, if you don't know anything about hacking, you're easy to be scam.
