Is there any possible option to find legit crypto lender/loan shark?
All of them i tried at normal web was scam.
Tbh I just *****ed up my life already at 22 and need to fix it.
I don't mind on personal info contract and higher interest as long as it is a legit offer and no upfront fees.

There are none. If you find a site that claims they do it's a scam. Simple as.
