I get my orders in 1 hour exactly as they claimed in reply email after ordering (I order gift cards only). Maybe delivery period really depends on the product and clients.

I have bought a digital visa for $120 which claims to be delivered within 60 mins but they said they're having difficulties mailing but definitely send to me within 24hours. I'm still waiting and I'll reply if it's true within 24 hours.

I made a purchase of a single card to try,
I made the payment by the Bitcoin wallet,
And I got the reply in minutes. Next day they provided tracking.
For me, it is just survival mistake. Like, people who waited their orders are worried and send their feedbacks and people who received all in time, they don't worried and just keep ordering the stuff.

I've order cloned card with Minimal balance. First you'll see on the checkout page that the manager will be in touch with you in max 60 mins however you'll be waiting for 2 or even 3 hours ! Not greately organized support on this step. As said by others here, you will finally get your order, but still ...

Concerning the support after the first contact, (and this is where the system is really well organized!) they do answer quickly to you. They even offer you 20 % discount to apologize for the delay

In the last message, you get tracking info and some guide (which is pretty helpful), no more answers, but "please just wait for the card to arrive. Contact us once the stuff is arrived".

Even though I had to mention the pin written on the card to get further support, so I did. The balance on the card was lesser on about 120 bucks than it should be, which is not okay to me...

Of course some will say that I'm too strict... but at the end you've got all the info you need to know about this service, so do what you want it's only your choice !

i have paid on June 3 at 2pm but received the stuff (digital stuff) next day on about 4pm.
Even more than 24 hours passed...
